Immediamail Anti-SPAM Policy


Immediamail does not tolerate sending of SPAM & unsolicited email.

We require all our users to abide by the CAN-SPAM Act. Immediamail will terminate your account if you send unsolicited email.

We provide our users the tools they need to ensure compliance with email laws and we make sure to go the extra step to help our users comply.

These are some of the steps we take to ensure compliance of our users:
  • We carefully verify new user accounts and provide new users with our terms & conditions of use to ensure their compliance.
  • We offer double opt-in tools so our clients can ensure compliance of their subscriber lists.
  • We require inclusion of an opt-out block in every message sent through our system. Upon creation of a new user account, we provide our new user with the code & instructions for including the opt-out block.
  • We assign a true & legitimate FROM and REPLY-TO addresses to every client account. We also employ a number of other techniques to eliminate spoofing of these addresses.
  • We promptly review complaints submitted to our abuse address and take the necessary steps to resolve the reported issue.

Immediamail works diligently to ensure compliance of our systems and our users. We encourage our users to talk to us if they have questions or concerns about this anti-SPAM policy.
